I am excited to announce my candidacy for the District 2 seat on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Board of Education. With deep roots in our community and a commitment to the success of every student, I am prepared to advocate for policies that foster equity, excellence, and opportunity.
In the 2023 at-large CMS Board election, I had the privilege of engaging with many of you. Although the outcome wasn’t as we hoped, the experience deepened my resolve to serve. This time, I’m honored to have the endorsement of District 2 rep Thelma Byers-Bailey, whose legacy I pledge to build upon.
