We can achieve positive outcomes and close the achievement gap by making more of a connection between community building, development, and upward mobility to education. To strengthen our school system, we must work together to build a strong eco-system to support every aspect of a child's educational needs. Our approach to establishing this strong foundation requires evidence based solutions that are data driven, people centered and informed by the unique needs of each school and the community we provide education. We must create the right culture to fully carry out the CMS Mission and Vision:
